Refunds / Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges simply for a change of mind, in line with Australian Consumer Affairs processes.  Please consider carefully before making your purchase.

We will happily replace faulty items if a product has slipped through our quality control.  Please let us know immediately (within 7 days) by emailing us at myhardie.info@gmail.com.  Products are considered faulty if they are damaged, at the time they were received by you.  Damage as a result of wear and tear, are not considered to be faulty.  Please ensure you follow all care instructions carefully.  After you contact us, letting us know of the faulty product, we may ask you to send a photo or return the faulty product.  Once we have either received your photo or product and then completed an inspection, we will be in contact via email.  If a replacement product is not available, we will refund you the purchase price within 3 business days.
